These Terms & Conditions govern entry, redemptions, and participation at HomeFest and all other IDLah Events. Please read them before attending or redeeming any gifts, vouchers, or prizes on-site.
These Terms & Conditions are issued by ID LAH PTE. LTD. (UEN: 202416036D), a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered office at 73 Ubi Road 1, #08-54, Oxley BizHub, Singapore 408733 ("IDLah", "the Organiser"). They apply to all events organised, hosted, or operated by IDLah, including but not limited to Reno Fiesta, HomeFest, and any other event formats organised by IDLah from time to time (each an "IDLah Event", collectively "IDLah Events").
References to any specific event name within these Terms & Conditions shall be read as applying equally to all IDLah Events, unless expressly stated otherwise.
All eligibility, redemption, and disqualification provisions apply across all IDLah Events on a combined basis, regardless of event name, venue, or date.
Redemption eligibility is subject to homeowner household verification conducted by the Organiser's event team.
The Organiser reserves the right to request supporting information or documentation for verification purposes, including but not limited to contact details, residential address, renovation status, or proof of home ownership.
Any participant found submitting multiple registrations using different contact numbers, identities, or duplicate entries for the purpose of obtaining additional vouchers, gifts, event benefits, or redemptions may be disqualified from the event and any future IDLah Events.
Each homeowner household is strictly entitled to one (1) redemption only, regardless of the number of registrations, contact numbers used, or event attendances.
The Organiser reserves the right to reject, withhold, revoke, or recover any redemption suspected to involve fraudulent, duplicate, abusive, misleading, or dishonest activity.
Homeowners who have attended and redeemed any event benefits from any previous IDLah Event within the past 12 months are not eligible for additional redemptions. This includes, but is not limited to, vouchers, goodie bags, lucky draw entries, or other promotional gifts.
Each homeowner household is only eligible for one (1) redemption across all IDLah Events within a 12-month period.
Each homeowner must complete four (4) separate consultations with different participating interior designers during the event to be eligible for FairPrice Vouchers.
Homeowners who choose to redeem FairPrice Vouchers may receive:
Each homeowner may redeem a maximum of $70 worth of vouchers during the event.
In the event that any voucher type is fully redeemed or unavailable during the event, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute the vouchers with FairPrice Vouchers or Grab Vouchers of equivalent value at its sole discretion.

Each homeowner household is entitled to one (1) goodie bag redemption upon successful event check-in.
Items within the goodie bag may vary depending on stock availability. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute, amend, or remove any item from the goodie bag without prior notice.
The Organiser reserves the right to withhold or reject any redemption in cases involving suspected abuse, duplicate claims, misrepresentation, or disputes.
Homeowners are entitled to one (1) sure-win lucky draw chance during the event upon placing a deposit with any participating interior design firm.
For refundable deposits, lucky draw prizes will only be issued upon confirmation of the deal with the participating interior designer.
For non-refundable deposits placed during the event, homeowners will be entitled to receive the lucky draw prize immediately, subject to stock availability. If the prize is unavailable at the point of redemption, delivery will be arranged approximately two (2) weeks after confirmation and submission of the required e-form.
Upon confirmation of the deal, the participating interior designer is required to complete and submit the designated e-form for prize redemption.
During the lucky draw spin and prize redemption process, homeowners may be required to participate in photo and/or video recording for verification and documentation purposes. In the event that no photo and/or video verification is captured by the event staff during the lucky draw process, the Organiser reserves the right to deem the prize redemption invalid and void.
Lucky draw prizes will be delivered approximately two (2) weeks from the date the Organiser receives the completed e-form submission.
Only one (1) iPhone prize is available per event. Homeowners are advised to check with the event staff on prize availability before participating in the lucky draw spin.
By registering for, attending, or redeeming any benefit at an IDLah Event, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data (including name, contact number, email address, residential address, and renovation status) by the Organiser for the purposes of event registration, identity and household verification, redemption administration, prize fulfilment, and event-related communications, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore).
Participants further consent to their contact details being shared with participating interior design firms, vendors, and partners with whom they have engaged or consulted during the event, for the purpose of follow-up on their renovation or home-related enquiries.
Participants may withdraw consent or make data access and correction requests by contacting the Organiser in writing at the registered office address stated above. Withdrawal of consent required for verification or redemption administration may result in ineligibility for redemptions.
Photography, videography, and audio recording may take place at IDLah Events. By attending, participants consent to being photographed or recorded, and grant the Organiser the right to use such materials for verification, documentation, marketing, and publicity purposes across any media, without compensation or prior approval.
Participants who do not wish to be featured in marketing materials may inform the event staff on site, and the Organiser will take reasonable steps to accommodate the request; however, incidental appearance in crowd or wide-angle footage cannot be guaranteed to be excluded.
Participating interior design firms, vendors, and partners are independent businesses. The Organiser is not a party to, and accepts no liability for, any agreement, deposit, quotation, product, service, or workmanship entered into or provided by any participating firm, vendor, or partner. All such dealings are strictly between the participant and the relevant firm.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense suffered by participants at or in connection with an IDLah Event, including loss of or damage to personal belongings, except where caused by the Organiser's own negligence and to the extent liability cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
All vouchers, gifts, goodie bags, and lucky draw prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value. They may not be resold, and the Organiser reserves the right to void any redemption involving attempted resale or transfer.
All decisions made by the Organiser and its event team shall be final and binding.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The Organiser reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any disputes regarding eligibility, redemption, participation, or interpretation of these Terms & Conditions.
By participating in the event or redeeming any vouchers, goodie bags, gifts, or lucky draw items, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
